Lessons are conducted at convenient locations throughout Central Florida.  We currently have regular scheduled training at the sites listed below and are continuing to grow our offerings to other facilities.  If you would like to inquire about training in your area - please go to the "contact us" page and submit an inquiry.

We try to conduct lessons on field as much as possible in order to have a realistic training situation.  However, there are times when we will train indoors at various facilities. 

The academy also makes  use of DARTfish (www.dartfish.com). DARTfish is a video analysis system that allows the instructor to visually teach the student in real-time. DARTfish is used at the Olympic level as well as college and profession programs.   Additionally, DARTfish can be used to give formal assessments to orthopedic doctors and/or physical therapists,  record game footage, instructional videos, and can be emailed or put on DVD for use at home or to be sent out as recruiting footage.
